How we test. we register like any other player, make a deposit with the Bancontact app, pull the money out and time the whole route. The licence check happens at the source, not at the operator and dig through the general terms. What we did not establish ourselves is not mentioned.

What the law imposes
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection above the European average in strictness and it is built that way on purpose. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling.
Through EPIS the Gaming Commission runs centralised exclusion: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. The register is not public. The age bar moved on 1 September 2024 from 18 to 21 for casino, hall and betting; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. The check is automatic.
